All events require a non-refundable retainer of $1000 for venue rental only. We require a 25% non-refundable retainer for venue rental and decor, which is subtracted from the entire balance. The full balance should be paid 14 days prior to your event. If you are booking your event 14 days prior to the date needed, the balance must be paid at the time of booking in full. Please refer to the invoice and payment schedule which is drafted at the time of booking. Also, please be advised that once a package is chosen and agreed upon it cannot be downgraded. Packages can only be upgraded and charges will be invoiced as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice.
